Barbeque @ Aristocrat

Aristocrat is one of our favorite restaurants (especially Dad and I). We never miss out their barbeque. This another immortal restaurant in the country and is also part of our comfort food list. We stayed in their newly renovated area and it was packed as usual. We would describe this as simple food... but definitely something to look forward to.

The newly renovated area

Their signature Java sauce

Hototai soup

Boneless chicken barbeque

3 pc chicken barbeque

Their barbeque has that strong, smokey flavor... which is just wow! It's recommended to eat it with the Java sauce, but personally, I think it's already good as it is.

Aristocrat lumpiang shanghai*
-I love these are bigger than the usual lumpiang shanghai size and flavor was there.

Other recommended items:
All their barbeque items
Hawaiian macaroni salad
Aristocrat pancit canton
Pospas de galina
Halo halo

The food usually takes 10-15 minutes. Quality is consistent, no bad shot moments. While you're there, check out there bakeshop and try their sweet treats. Also, they now have a culinary school. We go all the way to Malate for this... and believe me it's worth it. ;)
