It was a spur of the moment idea to have dinner at Solaire. Entering the vicinity was overwhelming because it felt like entering a high-end Las Vegas resort and casino. Believe me... you will be overwhelmed (in a good way) especially if you're a first timer there. ;) We had dinner in their Italian restaurant, Finestra. Even if I ate beforehand (because my stomach was already growling), I still had room for dinner. :))
Look how grand it is inside!
Love their open kitchen!
Found the table setting and glass cute!
Bread
condiments
30 month Parma ham with Burrata cheese and olive oil
Yes, you read the 30 month right. :D I loved that the parma ham wasn't salty.
Wagyu Beef Carpaccio Meditteranean
This was really good! There was a hint of truffle here.
Osso Bucco
This was just ok.
Brick oven roasted Salmon
The salmon was cooked perfectly! The risotto had a hint of cheese.
Roasted Branzino and Prawns
This was Dad's order and was raving about it.
So happy there was complimentary chocolate :P
Caramelo gelato*
Cappuccino gelato*
Panna Cotta
This had a refreshing taste.
Overall, we were happy to eat there. If there will be a next time, we hope to try more desserts. We were told their Tiramisu is their best seller. :D
