Going Italian @ L' Opera

I miss eating here! This has been a family favorite for the longest time, when it was first located in Greenbelt, so this has been in our comfort food list since the 90's. A common item we look forward to is their pasta. There was never a disappointing moment. It was perfect timing when we had dinner here last Sunday because I was craving for Italian food.

Their assorted bread...

and dips (tomatoes, butter, pate)
-Personally I eat the pate and tomatoes together.

Spaghetti alle vongole
-Originally white wine sauce, this has tomato sauce.

Linguine salmone e caviale
-This is one of my favorites.

Torta al cioccolato

Cappucino

Other recommended items:
Insalata Caprese
Salmone Affumicato
Insalata alla Cesare
Funghi Trifolati

Dad ordered the Filetto di manzo ai funghi porcini (grilled prime rib US beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce) but sorry I wasn't able to take a picture. If you're looking for authentic Italian food, this is the place to go to.
