We stayed at the Hyatt Regency last year and spent New Year's in Hong Kong. Since most restaurants were already full for New Year's Eve, it's a good thing Cafe was able to accommodate us. I was so happy to know it was buffet... Yey! Buffet is always a privilege because we don't have it all the time, it's exciting to have so many choices and have unlimited servings... Hihihi! It turned out to be the best choice after all. We agreed to come back next year... and we did.
So cute that they provide hats and lace!
And the feast begins...

Dessert
Round 1: Caesar salad
-I remember seeing it on TV it's best to start with salad in a buffet. I started with one of my favorite salads, Caesar salad.
Round 2: Tuna hand roll and Salmon cold soba
Round 3: Burger, Sausage, Beef Bourguignon, Chicken with red wine
Round 4: Grilled Steak and Foie Gras
I had round 5, Bouillabaisse soup and Tempura. Sorry my pictures of those were blurred. Now time for dessert...
Round 1: Cheesecake, strawberry panna cotta
-Sorry don't remember which chocolate pastry that was.
Round 2: Tiramisu
-Again, sorry don't remember the other pastry.
Round 3: Ice cream
It was nice to have coffee after a full meal. Personally, the most important parts of a meal are the main course and dessert. With the latter, I can't resist chocolate, ice cream and strawberry.
So happy to know there was entertainment too by fellow Filipinos Ela and Terry :D
