Here's something I learned from Mom. You can have an apple a day and keep the doctor away with homemade apple sauce. This is great as a snack or condiment. This will fill you up without the calories and easy to make too.
Ingredients:
6 Fuji Apples (peeled and cubed)
1/4 cup sugar (You may use coconut sugar for a healthier alternative.)
1 tbsp Cinnamon (You may add more if you wish.)
Combine all ingredients in a pot.
Cook in medium heat for 30-40 minutes until apples are soft and brown. Mash if you prefer it smoother and softer texture. Enjoy!
