Our home in Osaka @ St. Regis

In our trips, I leave the decision of our "home" to Dad and my sister, Nicole. After a long deliberation, the verdict was St. Regis Osaka. I believe this was everyone's first time so we didn't know what to expect. I was surprised to see they have 2 elevators, one for the lobby and another for the rooms.

I consider fire places a privilege just because I know I'm in a cold place. :D

Love their garden! ^_^

We loved the rooms! Butler service was included too.

Pardon our luggage.

Nicole was thrilled when she saw the bathtub. :D

I love, love, love the toilet...

and the bathroom TV! ^_^

I was happy to know breakfast was included and it was buffet. Talk about the works, there was more... you have a choice of any of their breakfast entrees too. :D

Frittata

Eggs Benedict

Omelet

Sorry don't remember what was this... all I know is we devoured everything here. :P

Custard bread

Love the milky filling!

Sorry I got overwhelmed with all these food. I decided to make videos to be able to catch everything.

Overall, our stay was worth it. We love the scrumptious food, cozy ambience and rooms and friendly and accommodating staff. As a result, we felt the positive vibes in our whole stay so we look forward to a next time.

Summer vacation @ Osaka, Japan

I love everything about Japan... the food, culture, people, Hello Kitty, cute and high tech gadgets... you name it. All these factors convinced me to enroll for Japanese lessons, which is still ongoing. Going to Japan is always a privilege for us. We chose to go to Osaka this time. As a first timer here, I was definitely excited. I was told it's famous for Okonomiyaki and Takoyaki (I will get to those later on) and shopping. Believe me when I say you will shop til you drop because there are so many shops in the area, department stores and shopping arcades... which has above and underground shopping for the latter. Also, you will find numerous restaurants and bars everywhere, so don't worry about getting hungry. :D

Dotonbori

Doguyasuji
If you're into Japanese cooking, this is the place to go to for cookware.
